Payment Information
Once you have selected the items you want to buy you will be taken to a screen that will show your order number. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order number, the items you have ordered and the delivery details you have supplied.
You then have a number of options for payment
Click the pay now button and you will see the Paypal screen. This is a secure transaction area and it will protect the payment information you supply. You can either pay by Paypal or via a credit or debit card of your choosing.
1. Paying by paypal
If you have an existing paypal account just log on and pay in the usual way. If you do not have an account you can create one by following the instructions on the Paypal Screen. You will be asked to confirm the order value and once the transaction has been processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail from Paypal.
2. Paying by Credit or debit card
If you would prefer to pay by Credit or Debit card then just following the instructions on the Paypal Sreen and you will get a confrimation e-mail again once your payment has been confirmed
3. Payment by Check
If you would prefer to pay by check just ignore the pay now button once you have confirmation of your order number. Please e-mail sales@mochamack.com for confirmation of details of who checks should be payable to and where they should be sent. Please note items will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared which can take 7-10 days.
