Drop Shipment Policy

If your are a a business owner wishing to set-up drop shipments instead of ordering ad hoc or whenever the mood strikes you, we can accommodate you. We need to establish a working relationship with your business, this usually takes 60-90 days. During this period, we can establish a range of coffee varieties you require as well as the quantities. This also gives you a chance to judge our quality and service reliability. After this brief period of time, you may wish to establish a line of credit with us or use your credit card, whichever you prefer. We will then begin an automatic process of your order on a cycle and payment schedule mutually agreed upon.

Deduct 2% if paid within 10 days
Deduct 5% if paid on receipt of product(s)
